Xiao an she is a fast growing district in Shijiazhuang. The Hebei Media College holds as much as 3.000 students who brings an energetic movement during the scholar months. So there are small but good restaurants at low costs. The area is safe and calm. Pollution may be a problem, but not as in other neighborhoods in the great Shijiazhuang.
